Mazda 6 turbo kits?

We have been juggling the idea around about producing a Mazda 6 kit.I'm looking to gauge the interest and see if we should produce it.Please post if you are interested and have any questions or ideas.

There is alot of "interest" for turbo kits...but not alot of willing participants. (Aka alot of people will flip out and go completely crazy over even the thought of a turbo, and then when it comes time to play, they'll mysteriously vanish).

As such there are a few turbo 6i's (no kit persay), and one twin-turbo 6s. The primary problem with both car's is the engine management, which seems to be best served by an AEM EMS at the current time. (The other solutions don't offer a complete enough solution).

Greddy just annouced they were looking for a 6i MTX to turbo over in CA, and Hi-Boost (when they get a slot) wants to do a 6i MTX as well. Thus the market is definitely there for it. You might want to cross post on http://www.mazda6tech and http://www.mazda6club if you want to hit up more owners.

will ther be a smaller less boosted mild kit (For atx and somewhat mpg sake) and a full out kit for those who want to leave 2 black smokin lines behind?

damn...wishfull thinking when they relese it

Da 6,

We don't have an LSD...thus it would be one rather lame single smoking line.
Or, you could upgrade the rear brakes and pull the parkingbrake, then accelerate while turning the wheel. It's almost as cool(rockon)

I see flat spots happeneing again It took me 4 and a half seconds to put flatspots in the mis***elins.

for those who still venture over to 6club, you already know. but Greddy is searching for a donor 6i MTX for a turbo kit. i was just there today doing an exhaust fitting, but alas my good fortune ran out, as i do not have an MTX. i think a few owners have gotten the info to them, just a matter of time now.
