mazda 5 stock unit replacement

Good day. I have a 2012 mazda 5. I really don't like to stock unit of the mazda 5, but i love the stock unit of the mazda 3. Is there any way or any one that can tell me if the mazda 3 stock units fits into a mazda 5 dash. They look the same but I don't know anyone with a mazda 3 that I can stet it with. Please can someone answer my question.

i can say for sure that it wont fit, i had a 3 before and the radio is completely different size/shape
