Hey, ive had my Mazda 3 for about a month, I put this cd player in after a week of having my car. Its the Alpine CDA-9835(awesome cd player), the kit that this cd player is in came from... www.installer.com/kits its about 25$ plus 5$ shipping, it looks really good, mayb a little better than in the pic. I might put up a night picture in a day.

Where did u guys get the dash kit ?? did u guys order from the internet ?? coz i live in vancouver and there is no dash kit for the 3's yet in here !

How did you take the stock radio out?

Directions come with the dask kit to get the stock radio out. You got to remove that Faux carbon fiber strip first, then there is some screws to remove.

Also, With the mounting kit, if you cut the middle separator piece, its exactly the size of a double din, and you can mount something custom like this....
