For sale is a set of used Basic Rally Armor Mudflaps with NO mounting hardware. They fit the 2004-2009 Mazda 3 sedan/hatchback and Mazdaspeed3. Used for 5k miles from summer until now. They are in good condition, with normal wear and tear. They are black with Rally Armor imprinted on them(you can't really see it in the pictures).I bought the Urethane flaps and no longer need these. You can use self-tapping screws to install them or email Rally Armor and I'm sure they can sell you the mounting hardware.
