Mazda 3 Shifter Weight? Is there one?

The MS3 comes with a shifter weight than can be replaced. I looked for this on the MZ3 and i could not find one. (well at least its not in the same spot as the MS3). My bro thinks its possibility it could be tucked away under the battery back towards the rear some where. Do MZ3's come with shifter weights and can they be upgraded? Thanks! (sorry if this sounds like a noob question lol) i searched everywhere and could not find answers!

There are counterweights on the linkage, and yes it's all under the battery box. It can't be replaced like the MS3 one though, it's integrated into the arm itself.
