11,5 is too rich,you'll be much faster once you tune the aem properly(if it can increase the advance,are you sure it can?)
If you also have the camshafts from the 1.5 engine, you can have them for reprofiled and use them on the 1.6.
Also, maybe with a thinner flange you can increase the compr ratio and with high octane fuel you will have hp and torque gain.
