Mazda 2 Manual with Turbo from Indonesia

i would like to share my built on my mazda 2 (wink)

Engine DE5FS ~ 1.5 engine VVT with Turbo:
-Tuned by M Tuning and RS Tuning
-TD04 Garett Turbo
-HKS Blow off SSQV II
-HKS high performance flow filter
-Intercooler ex Mitsubishi evo
-Turbo module & Throttle controller with Dastek Unichip Q+
-Racing boy stabilizer
-Piping throttle-intercooler 2,5"
-Extra injector 420 cc
-Clutch kit ACT Heavy Duty 4 Puck
-Muffler HKS High power silent bolt on
-Downpipe 3" to muffler
-Defi turbo gauge, oil temp gauge and vacuum gauge
-Pivot Turbo timer

Wheels:
-Tein s tech
-Rims Volk rays te 37
-Volk rays nut

-Carbon fiber hood and side mirror
-Carbon fiber wing
-Carbon fiber door handle

Audio:
-Monoblock LM audio
-Power 4 Channel VoxAltitude

i had already dyno my Mazda, with this built my mazda 2 gained 252 torque power and 189 Horse Power (On engine) with Boost 0,5 Bar

Im very sorry piocas i dont have the design, i got it from my friend... (uhm)
actually i also want to make some metal cover to covering the air filter, i will share the picture when its done (yes)

it will be no problem, as long as your tuner consider about the reliability and make the right choice for turbo parts. (2thumbs)

Hey there,
Impressive power number with that amount of boost.

Mine at 0.4bar with TD04 straight from a WRX did 160hp with 210nm. I assume that your TD04 because it is from greddy it is a little bigger.

Do you run on stock internals(connecting rods and pistons) ?
