Mazda 2 lighting

Hello fellow mazda 2 owners,

Just a quick question, does anybody of you guys know what type of bulb is being used under the shifter knob? i don't like the color of it (red). Also the bulbs being used behind the air conditioner control? i'm thinking they are the same but i don't like their colors so i am swapping them for a LED version. My only problem is i don't know what type of bulb they are.

Any help would be much appreciated.

In my opinion, i think you should open your dashboard and center consoles front covers to reveal the bulbs, and after that you'll figure out what kind of bulbs they are

I don't think they're bulbs, but rather LED's mounted on circuit boards underneath. At least, I know that's the case for the instrument cluster. I plan to change the lighting, too, eventually. It may require some soldering, though.
