DSMConvert said:anyone want to enter a pool on how long it takes for someone to bend an arm instead of a pipe?
DSMConvert said:in 2 weeks tops we'll be making pipes

Yep, you're right, I was thinking of the OBX exhaust, it has like 6 bends.flat_black said:I took a picture of the resonator pipe I suggested; It only has three bends, as I thought, and looks like it would be an easy fabrication, I would think. A 2.25" section with/without a good resonator would be really cool. =)

(attn) Please pm me when these hardpipes are available. i ghetto rigged my BOV to my stock pipes (via 'get rid of turkey' post) which worked great for a while BUT the epoxy i used has come off the piping any my bov is bearly hanging on by a thread. NEED these pipes. are you guys going to add flanges to them upon request??DSMConvert said:maybe waaaay down the road...but for now we're concentrating on hardpipes, midpipes, and intakes....namely the first 2. After we get established and move some products to fund R&D we'll be more than likely looking into an inexpensive fmic package, then maybe DPs. At the moment we're currently debating which materials to use/offer..on the list is galvanized steel, galvanized aluminum, and stainless steel(very expensive and doesnt really offer any advantages other than being shiny..hehe against our motto!). I'm not too worried about rusting as everything that leaves this shop is painted, sealed, and warrantied for life even against rust. The thing that will weigh most heavily is getting the lowest prices for you guys and not killing ourselves with hard to work with metals...
