Lowering/Rubbing

I bought a set rims and tires awhile back and I have a rubbing issue with a full load and I want to lower the car now. Will there be a bigger rubbing issue after lowering and if so what can I do to correct the rubbing problem besides buying new rims and tires. Sorry if this is a stupid question. I can't remember what the tire size is so I will post it tomorrow.

which one is rubbing? rear or front? if it is rear, you can roll the fender. usually it will solve the problem
