ok i finally got round to getting my lowering springs on this morning, well i got someone to put them on haha anyways heres a few pics after the job was done, forgot to get before pics though, sorry guys

Hey thanks all, not had much chance to drive hard in it but i can feel a difference in cornering, the guys told me to give it a week to fully settle, and with the rain we been getting not going to push it much yet, don't want to damage my car lol, the springs are Apex 40mm, the uk vendor for corksport (fr&r Tuning) sell them, i bought mine before they started selling them though. Ride quality doesn't seem all that different, the pot holes ive no choice but to go over before and after the new springs feel the same, i assumed it may hit harder but so far its not been so bad, maybe somebody could look into this more see if they are more similar to the stock springs

With the import tax and shipping that sounds close to correct. VAT and import are terrible.

Oh well that's just s*** lol I thought ordering from outside the UK didn't include import tax and all the rest of the greedy goverment charges, I assumed if I ordered it I may get past customs and pay a lot less lol damn it

PS had a good go of the car last night, slightly wet roads but a good S bend in a little side road was perfect test, at speed front only squirmed slightly on the shift from turnin left to turnin right and with my tsc broken I had no interfearence

I think every M2 should be lowered!

The result of the Apex springs looks a lot like the FK spings i have. The specs said it would lower around 35-40mm, i guess it did comparing the picture below with yours

I have APEX springs on my FC, didn't know they made them for the FC (bought the car like that), and didn't know they made them for the 2. You learn something new everyday.
