it was probably someone's dumbass teenage kids on summer vacation. i'm almost over it. maybe i'll write the homeowner's association about it. and yes, this isn't on the level of not having power for two weeks, but ******* with someone's mail is a big deal.
i originally thought that maybe it got mixed in with someone else's netflix, but my wife pointed out that if they had netflix, they wouldn't shred the envelope if they opened it accidentally.
