Love the CX-7, but traded it in today....

And I don't know if it was just a specific plant that was producing a line of CX-7's or what...some members seem to get great mileage after only having the vehicle for 200-300 miles, close to 22-23 mpg highway...I, on the other hand, was unable to ever break 19 mpg highway at it's best, but regularly was getting 17.5-18.5 mpg highway, and 14.5-15.5 in town or mixed, no matter how I drove it from when I first got it new until when I traded it in at 6000 miles. So, I reiterate that I loved the CX-7, but was not impressed with the mileage I was getting with the particular CX-7 I had compared to what others were getting and what it was rated at.

What did you trade your CX-7 in for by chance?

I've owned a few cars in my day all sorts big and small, but the CX7 was my first new import the other 2 were GM and I swore the 3rd was going to be a import.

But it has never been about the $ value return its been about the long term return, how long will it last before I drive it into the ground without spending a lot along the way, so game on!

Anyhow I hope you are happy with your trade in I wish I would of taken the hit on my first two becuase I new deep down they wern't right but on this one I have a good feeling.
