Lost power to Radio/trunk

So I went and did this mod yesterday:

After I was done, I started the car and checked for everything to be ok. All checked out, but my radio wouldn't turn on. Checked ALL the underhood and drivers floorboard fuses and they are all ok. Later that night I went to open the trunk and my trunk light doesn't turn on! Neither do my map/dome lights!

Anyone know what just happened?!

If you have a multimeter turn your car on and check it against the dash fuses and trunk fuse. Not sure why the trunk would be affected along with the radio and map lights though. For taking the dash plate off did the radio come off with it? Not suggesting that you forgot to plug it back in, just trying to get an idea of what might've happened.
