Looking to upgrade tires.

Those tires are way way overkill for that car. Look into Avon, they have some good and cheap tires. Sumitomo also makes some nice performance oriented touring tires.

I wouldn't take this advise as rule of thumb. Good tires are good tires regardless of what you drive. No reason not to choose a top line tire because it isn't going on a Porsche. Improved traction, response and braking abilities can benefit ALL vehicles and drivers.

That said I've also had the Khumo ASX on a few cars and they have been great.
