You can buy just the stalks instead of the whole combination switch unit, as long as you are comfortable with disassembling the thing. Part numbers are as follows:
Light and turn switch NA02-66-122
Wiper lever NA02-66-128
Your other choice would be to buy a used one that was in better condition from one of the breakers (Panic Motorsports, The Parts Group, etc). Mine was the same way and I found a cheap combination switch on eBay (this was before I found out you could just replace the individual stalks).
