Look at this compare from Nissan Murano?

3rd seat Murano not available. Comparison over.
However, it does point out again the glaring omissions on the CX-9. The exterior mirrors don't move with the memory seats, they do on every other car I've owned. Of course that's when the CX-9 even keeps the memory settings. No trip computer. Can't open the power hatch with the key without double unlocking 1st. Can't program the nav at all while the car is moving. Idiot chime goes off when car is exited with headlights in auto mode.
Most of this is due to lawyers being on the design team. What a blunder.
But thank god the Murano has a chrome grill and simulated wood interior trim...advantage Nissan!

Ya that comparo is obviously skewed. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out. They pick and choose features that give "advantage nissan" but if you ask me, the CX-7 is more comparable, the Murano doesn't even have a 3rd row...

As for the comparison this is my favorite part :
Cargo Volume/Max Luggage Capacity (Nissian) 31.6 cu. ft. (CX-9) 17.2 cu. ft.
No where did they mention that it's 17.2 with the third row up.
I think that link is a bit deceiving, as it's not Edmund's making the comparison--it's Nissan, linked to the Nissan web site. You can also compare it against RDX, Enclave, and RAV 4. Surprise! Murano beats all of them too! Of course Nissan will give an advantage to their vehicle everywhere they can.
When you leave the vehicle, in the dark, and the headlights are still on in the auto mode and turn themselves off after the 30 sec delay, the headlight on tone is NOT going off in your car? It has been discussed before it and is pretty universal.
No, I don't have the tone. I've heard of this issue from other forums but I believe it is corrected in recent 08 models. I picked up the CX-9 a week ago.
I don't have that issue either. My headlights always turn on automatically when I pull into my garage, and they turn off a bit after I lock the doors. I don't get any sort of buzz, tone, alert, etc.
Unfortunately the U.S version does not have a trip computer.. (headshake
Maybe the earlier versions didn't, buy my 08 GT does. 2 in fact.

You have that in your CX-9?
Sounds to me like you're referring to the trip odometers, A and B. But that isn't a trip computer with function like the above post mentions.
The powertrain control module has the data available but Mazda failed to provide a way to display the information.

YES, mine DOES have that.
I can choose a display of either:
Clock
Time travelled
Range (how many Km left in the tank)
Average speed travelled
Average fuel consumption (L/100km)
Instant fuel consumption (L/100km)

Yes, you are right. I guess I wasn't clear on the terminology. Trip odometers A and B work well enough for my needs....
Next on their list: the ability to tune your radio (don't laugh, I believe the the Acadia's Sirius system is limited when you are moving).
Actually, come to think of it, the darn Sirius (non-NAV) on my CX-9 would actually be more dangerous than a trip computer: I constantly have to look at that screen to scroll through categories, since there is no way to direct input (as far as I know).
