Lol, help me with these codes.

So I scanned my car because I just wanted to know if I was destroying my motor. Only got 2 codes and I think they are related. Anyone know what they have to do with?

P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 1 Sensor 2

Both codes are for your rear o2 sensor. Check the wiring, make sure its all plugged in and none of it has melted. If all the wiring is intact, then your going to need to replace that sensor.

Well that explains both of them, thanks. Im throwing the code because its not in the car anymore

Lol, I see. You can get a O2 simultaor/eliminator to take care of those codes. Not sure where to get one though. Or you could tap your test-pipe with an O2 bung (I'm assuming you have no cats either) and use the spark plug nonfouler method.

Yea no cats for me. I think a simulator would work better for me so I dont have to tap anything.
