location of the IAT sensor?

whats up, just got a 92 miata and i'm lookin to tune it up and i had one of those chip things that is suppose to make it read colder temperatures. can anyone post a pic of the IAT sensor? or does anyone have any suggestions where to place it to get colder readings?

ohhh lord this sounds like trouble. don't f*ck with the miata man, it's not worth it unless you're turboing it. Trust me, I've had two, and one's a full-out racecar. Just not worth it.

yea the chip off of ebay.. well what is something i can get to upgrade the engine? besides a turbo or new intake? anything less than a grand

If you wanna stick the NA route, you can always go header, exhaust, new cams.
If I were you, i'd get new tires, cause the miata wasn't meant to have gobs of power. New tires would increase your grip in corners, and with increased grip comes increased smiles

yea, maybe i'll just stick to making the car look good. doesnt sound like i should try to upgrade the performance accept tires i should do
