Help! I've been unable to locate the ODBII port on my 2014 Mazda 3. There's no mention of it in the Owner's Manual. I called my dealership and was actually told by the Service Supervisor that she had no idea of the location. She said that was, "...a tech thing." and she couldn't call one of the techs from the back to answer phone inquiries. I couldn't even find a Youtube clip.

I did find some links showing the location on older models. It seems Mazda is creative at not mounting the port under the steering column, like every other automobile manufacturer in the world.

Don't lose your shirt meng lol the port is there, reach down with left hand reach for hood release switch then slide hand over to right abit and you'll feel it there.

I am looking for the same. I spent about 10 minutes looking for it with a flashlight. I found it by feeling it. I could not see it, but after very close examination I was able to see it, not just feel it. It's white in color and vertically mounted flush with the plastic.

The OBD port is required to be on the driver's side, but is not always directly under the steering column. The port in my Focus was certainly not under the steering column (it was behind a clearly labelled flip-down panel), and I don't think my Sienna's is either. I plugged into my 2012 Mazda3, and don't recall any difficulty finding or using it, but I don't recall the exact position.

My 2008 Ford motorhome, on the other hand, doesn't seem to have an OBD port. I guess the requirement for OBD doesn't apply to medium-duty vehicles.
