Local shop suggestions?

If there is a thread about this already, please disregard, but I'm looking for any suggestions for independent shops in the area that would work on a Speed3. I need to get shocks and springs and a few other odds and ends fixed up on mine, and this time of year unfortunately I don't really have the time, space, or desire to do the work myself. I'm in Mentor, so the closer to me the better. If I'm going to pay to have someone else work on my car, I would rather support someone local or independent than taking it to the local dealership. TIA.

I think we should sticky this and get everyone to throw in good shop ideas!

I heard big 3 racing in Brunswick is good

Unless you're in a hurry. I've never heard of anything coming out of there very quickly.

Slick Motorsports, they use to be in Parma but moved to North Ridgeville. Work is very good and prices are reasonable, ask for Matt, he worked on my Speed3 a couple of years ago

Too many horror stories with shops not doing their job or botching the job. I've been taught if you want things done right, do it yourself.

Kind of a drive from Mentor, but I take my Miata to Backstreet Performance in Mentor. I would take my Speed to them as well if I needed anything done.

Wouldn't that be "Backdoor" for a Miata owner? ;)
