Is there going to be a event at limerock this year?

Any specific events going on there that peaked your interest? I love going to Limerock just for the drive, my county has some beautiful roads :)

I've only actually been in the place once or twice.

Chris, want me to give you a ride in or are you going to take the front lip off this time? (poke)

i would be taking my truck this time i imagine......****** drive me nuts since the roads up there are os awesome

or maybe ill just say fuckit and take the car....

JD went with his car lcub last year and they got a campsite area and all stayed there for the weekend. That would be nice to do...and the truck is more convenient for drunken debauchery/tailgating

What car/team? I am going to work(flagging/corner worker) up at NHIS Sat. and Sun. and thought about working Lime Rock on monday. Still trying to find out the schedule for monday. Going up to NHIS this sat. for fire class and driver class then first regional on sunday(nana)

My team is called TopEnd Racing couple people with heavily modded cars. We competed in the ctcarshows awards last year. We all went up to lime rock for the weekend last summer, planning on doing it again.

we should get mazda to back us up so we can get a special car corral area this year for NEPOC like they had for corvettes and VWs

First of all, great idea!!!! If you can get Mazda Motor Corp. to back you up on this and make it "official" you have a greater chance of getting this approved by the management of LRP.

I have two concerns one being, time the other being, cost. LRP usually books the car corrals and such months in advance. I don't know when the next available space is but I will check it out for you. Also, LRP will charge you a fee to set up this corral in the infield. I'll check on that also.

On the brightside, those involved in the car corral may be eligible for "Parade Laps" around LRP. This is where the corral guys show off their cars by taking a few parade (pace) laps around the track during lunch time.

Can we show off our excellent chassis and suspension on these "parade laps"? :P (glare)

I believe speeds are limited to 55mph on the Parade Laps. You may or may not have to drive behind our pace car (new for this year: BMW M5).

Also, if you are interested in testing the your vehicles performance I highly suggest you sign up for one of our car clubs listed here:

Thanks for the info. I very much want to put my car on a track but don't really feel like just doing autocross. I know my car is slow but the way it corners just makes me so happy :) especially with the new struts and rear sway bar.
