can anybody recommend reasonably priced light wheels for the MSP? wasn't expecting those RHs to be so hevvy. they're what like ~25lbs ??

Rotas? I believe they are pretty lightweight, low cost, and some have the correct offset and lug pattern

Yep Rotas are the way to go. I believe my 17" Subzeros weigh 16 pounds each.

No, Rota's are not forged - they are cast. Cast = cheap, but lightweight depending on design. Forged = much more expensive (think Volk TE-37 expensive!) but also stronger, again, depending on design.

12lbs is for the 15" - there are no Rotas to my knowledge that are 12lbs in the 17" size.

Some other wheels to consider - 5Zigen FN01-C's...lightweight, attractive, 17x7 and 5-114.3, so they'd fit the MSP.

Does anyone have these on their MSP? If so, I'd love to see a picture of them. If not, is anybody willing to photoshop them on my MSP for me?

Yeah, I love them too...I was looking at those rims in both bronze and silver, but I can't really picture which would look the best on a Titanium MSP...?

If anybody wants to chop those on a Titanium MSP for me, please go ahead!

The Kosei K1 TS is light (14.8) and cheap $199 for 17 X 7 from the tire rack.

Those wheels go for $193 each on www.discounttiredirect.com - and they weigh about 16lbs each. Compared to ~25? lbs for the RH's, that's not bad at all...

They have +43 offset, so they should fit a MSP no problem...
