Sups peoples I was wondering what size bulbs are the rear license plate lights? becasue I got pulled over for one of those being out. I personally think that the cop was trying to find an excuse to pull me over because he saw my indiglow tach and thought I wanted to race someone. I think they are 194s but if anyone could tell me that would be great!!!!!

goto walmart and do the thing on the little computer infront of all the light bulbs for cars.. it will tell you

Im 90% sure its 194 bulbs in there.

Yeah when you go to buy a bulb there's usually a little computer that can tell you the number of any bulb for your car. Just check that.

Well I went to walmart and used the computer thingy and told me that I needed a 3652. I couldn't find it. I am assuming that it's a 194. I don't know!!!

Its the same bulb you use for the interior push lights, and if oyu have a sedan the sidemarkers in your headlights. I am also 90% sure they are 194's

I looked it up in my owner's manual, and it just has a --- instead of a number. WTF? The one above it says 7440 (backup lights). Maybe it's the same as the one above, so they just type a ---?

Here's an idea to find out for sure.
Either go to an auto parts store and have them look it up in the computer, or go a Mazda dealer, ask them for the part, and then claim that you forgot your wallet and walk away, with the part number in your head! lol

I can see why that site might be confusing....

Well It was really bothering my because I went to Autozone and try to find the so called "3652" and there was none. That got me pissed off so I went home and I took apart my Instrument panel because I had to fix the 74 bulb because the contact was going on and off so I took the 194 in the instrument panel and tried it out. Lo and behold it worked so it's a 194!!!!! WOOT!!! I am ordering a set after I finish this post!!! HAHAHAHA You were right DiS. It's a 194
