Oh well then i apologize for falsly calling u a noob. And yes you are correct...SOME lcd's blubs are replacable...in fact Sharp's tvs are user replacable, blubs cost $250 so that is a plus. I don't know about DLP being the best tho. Best for the money perhaps, but some people see the rainbow effect, dims significatly when viewed from an angle, and blubs last only about 5,000 hours and are expensive to replace.
