yea its not a fuse, it needs codes reset in the remote. same thing happened to my other remote when i changed the battery. it just sucks cause the serv dept is closed when i get off work, and not opened on the wknd
so if you replace the batterey does this happen to everyone.....damn that sucks cause i was wanting to get an optima batterey pretty soon and i dont want to have to freaking re-program my damn key-less entry......DAMN the MAN....
When I went to the dealership to obtain a 2nd set of keys the guy just pressed the locks a few times and while doing so held down the locks on the keyless entry. It sort of reconfigured itself. I am not sure what sequence he did but I am sure a mazda tech could tell you. How about calling them during a break from work?
