Installation Problems:

1. These shocks were made for the regular protege, so the end links( stab links ) are too long out front. The solution for me was to use the rear ones, since I have billet end links with my Delsing Bracket Kit.

Well it seems that the rear ones snap out front from the extreme angle. Solution is to get the AWR endlinks.

so you don't need their end link adapters or whatever? i remember reading before a memeber was weary of purchasing them cuase the rear tabs for the swaybar were off or something and he needed to buy some extra hardware from ksport to get the swaybar to work. . but judging by your pics. . .it was just a simple bolt on

Huh, cool. =) I like the color. So, the rear endlinks are the proper length, and put it in the right position, without any problems? Let us know how everything works out. =)

(pics to come)

So to those of us that do not have the Delsing Bracket Kit, we would just need to buy some rear end links for the front shocks. Correct?

Can't wait for the review. I hope it fits the Protege 5. This is half the cost of the Teins, and I really just like the height adjustablility. It's not like I'm going to be beating up on my car all the time with these on. I'm sure they'll last long.

Pretty much, but I will let you know tonight for sure. I will have the pics and they endlinks will go in as well.

Adjustment is from the top. They include 4 little tools with orange aluminum cap as well, to serve the purpose.

How is the rebound/compression adjusted? At the bottom of the shock or the top?

Page 1 Has been updated with pictures on how we used the rear endlinks for the front coilovers.
