turns out it wasnt on there tight at all lol i bought another one and actually used a rachet on it instead of a wrench. FYI i was giving out the wrong info, its a 1/2 FIP cap.
drove to get gas, and man, my car pulls up to 4 psi then just hits a wall, have some tuning to do. But the exhaust sounds ******* awesome, turbo is alot quieter though
been working alot so im about to have a ton of parts coming in once i get paid

oh forgot to mention, i scraped my exhaust twice just driving to the gas station, i need to make a hanger for the middle to tuck it in more, its just resting on the bumper right now, shoulnt be hard to fix

starting polishing the wheels, dam hand sanding/polishing is hard work. havent dont much work on the car, i need to check out how to tuck the exhaust underneath the car more. add on a extra hanger or something....

finished the hanger, exhaust is done for now, pretty ghetto looking but who cares, you cant see under the car anyways. Sounds awesome, and isnt touching the bumper
Finished sanding the wheel with 800 grit, time for 1000 and then 2000 tomorrow, should look awesome. I didnt tape up the black sections, so im expecting to have to repaint those parts. Thinking a metallic black to match my IC pipes

thats all the progress so far, still need to sand more with 1000 grit and start with 2000 grit, then polish it.
its pretty shiny right now, but you can still see some scratch marks at certain angles.
also did a full brake fluid flush on my car today with Super Blue fluid...makes flushing so much easier. Also got a super short antenna from work today, putting that on tomorrow.
Have to mess with the tune a little, but as of now, im driving it pretty much reg now, at least thats the plan

i def. would if i had a lathe lol its not so bad, im not going to be running them anytime soon so im not worried about how long it takes.
Today at school im going to smoke test the intake manifold and do a compression test on my car, the way it starts up sometimes has me worried about the internals for some reason

well there goes any hope of driving my car again.
Cyl 1: 195
Cyl 2: 110; Cyl leak down test showed 85% leakage. Through the exhaust, which means i fried an exhaust valve.
Cyl 3: 200
Cyl 4: 200
wanted to pull the head off tonight, but my brothers a ******* idiot and parked in the driveway and didnt leave his keys when he rode his bike to school.
Going to email Sam tonight to see the availability of the Supertech 1mm oversize s***.

yea, right now im just thinking of finishing with the polishing on all the wheels, and then just selling them. **** being stanced, i love how it looks and would love to have my car like that, but its not gonna work with the power im wanting to put down.
Emailed Sam about the Supertech Valves, Springs, Ti Retainers, Maganese Bronze Valve Guides, and the oil squirter. Hopefully he gets back to me pretty soon on how much all that would cost and if he even has any valves in stock. Im hoping we can work something out...

$40...need to put your cams in it though...also, Justin, XelderX may still have a majorly ported bluerinted head still at his house, last I heard it wasn't sold...he isn't to far either and it would be a great option...

nah i dont want a modified head, esp since i dont know the guy, or who did the work (if he didnt do it himself)
