Anyways I was just on Cobb's website and apparently they tested the results of this intake on a "Mustang Dyno" and achieved 11whp and 16wtq over-stock.
ya, the mustang dyno (as opposed to the more commonly used "dynojet") calculates hp/tq in a more conservative way. thus, it is referred to as the "ego buster" and makes modders cry themselves to sleep at night because they don't get the monstrously high numbers they were hoping they would. it's completely irrelevant, though, since all that matters is that you figure out how your power curve looks so that you can tune/analyze mods/etc.
the significance of the cobb 11whp/15wtq is that it's made on a mustang dyno at 4000ft elevation, which suggests that if they were at sea level using a dynojet, they would be making noticeably "more" power...=d
