Just hit 30,000 (2010), what should I get done?

I have never had a car with a cabin air filter before, how do I know if my model has one (Touring) and if so where do I find it.
For the trans fluid change, is there an easy way to do this myself, like a drain plug, or do I need to drop the whole pan? Is a filter change recommended? Normally I don't flush my transmission, I was always told it wrecks the valves and such, I just drop the pan, let the system drain, then fill it back up, although that is on a car 10 years older than this one, so has anything changed in the past decade?

I have a touring also, it is in the glove compartment. When you buy the filter it should have instructions on it. It took me about 5 minutes. First you remove a panel in the glove compartment then you look inside and you will see like a grayish door that you push a latch on one side to get it opened. After that you will see the filter. Replace the filter in the exact same way as the one you pull out. As for the transmission flush all the dealer does is add a can of flush into the tranny run the car then they hook up the machine and exchange the fluid. That is what the dealer did when i took mine in. It is like motor flush that you would do when changing your oil. I am guessing that this product thins out the oil to make it flow easier.
