Just hit 10k

Haha i dont mind putting all these miles on it. Its not a car that im going to re-sell.

That there is the honest truth too. If you are serious about keeping it for life, miles doesn't really matter much at all (except for maintenence).

This is one of the first cars that i'm finally looking at the same. I've driven everything out there from FWD/RWD/AWD/4WD to 4/6/8/rotary to coupe/hatch/sedan/SUV/vert and I can honestly say that I see no reason to sell this. 11 cars before, i'd always found something i'd hated within the first thousand miles or so. Performance, practicality, looks and just the whole package...it's got it all.

It's nice to not care about miles and resale value. Lets you just enjoy a car for simply being...a car :)

Bought mine in the summer as well. I think around June/July....

I have 11500kms on it. So I guess roughly around 5k~6k mi range

That's including a huge road trip I took to San Fransisco this summer!
Really sad now b/c I bus to work, my M3 sits in the garage 4+ days a week!

I'd agree with the guys that say that high miles isn't necessarily bad. Its a car, thats what its for. Just enjoy your many miles while you're putting it on!

I got mine on the last days of October '09, got 4,8XX km's on it...

Here's an idea:
How about we stop calling it an odometer, and think of it as an experiencie-o-meter? (drive)

If that is the case can I add the miles from the 07 MS3 I traded in too? If so, my experiencie-o-meter would be closer to 48k miles.
