I think I would like to make them aware also.

Lol- you can contact them- I'll give you the #. Say I read about the problems that Joseph Pampena is having on his website and several message boards and just to let them know- you and your family will never be buying a ford product :).. I wonder if that will make them react :).

if you do end up getting an evo, you should talk to pruven performance or buschur or take a trip there cause it's not terribly far away and check out what they're doing with their evo's. hopefully everything turns out well with the stang situation and you will end up in a better position with the car i wish i could afford, the evo.

:8) ...... that's an odd smilie you chose to use. Is your new potential employer a police department?:p

Joe, have you thrown the Mustang up on a lift yourself? It really sounds like you got a wrecked car. All your stories point to a passenger side hit. just a guess, but is the Ebrake handle bent toward the passenger side (like someone hit it during an impact)?
If you can see obvious damage repairs you can really nail Heally(piss) for selling a used car as new(now that would cause trouble for them) Just a suggestion if you haven't thought of it yet. My father used to own a body shop and he was always fixing dealer demo cars.

Jeesh.. My email info is plastered all over the site- you don't have to thread jack with this :).. With all that is going on in this thread now, I am not in a very good mood apparently, so the last place to try to contact me about this is here :). I sold over 150 MBC's during my sale, so it is taking a little time to get them all built and sent with work and stuff. I should be building the rest today or tomorrow and mailing either Friday or Monday depending on my work schedule. Thanks.

Lol, ok. I'll give you the # to Ford directly and have you speak with the person I was dealing with. It would be great- "I read the whole story involving Joseph Pampena on a popular website and just wanted to let you know that after reading how you have handled the situation, there is no way me or my family will ever own a Ford product" :) lol..

Interesting ... First Joe is a real cool guy and I feel for his situation. It's all BS, he got dry ****** from day one. He explained the whole situation and the more he talked I wish I was superman to fly around the earth in reverse real fast to turn back time so he wouldn't make the mistake of even going to that dealership.

We all need to help this guy out to make "right" with his car purchase.

Joe - I just called FORD directly on there toll free line and opened an insident (sp) report. I talked to Tim there, very nice. Very good conversation. He took down the information about my very good friend and I told him about my suprise this was a blue oval dealership. I just gave him the highlights of the situation, the painting, the overheating, the E brake, the owners manual....A copy of the report is recorded and goes to the dealership customer relations person....none of this is good for the dealership.

I think everyone should call the toll free number and open a report, especially people from NY. This will help the dealership to loose the "blue oval" designation and it will make ford aware of there problem dealer.

Sweet!! <-- yes, I am originally from CT also- I think only CT people say sweet :). Anyway, we'll see what they say. Did they sound concerned at all?? Are they going to "look into it" and call you back? Maybe *someone* :) needs to open a new thread about this in off topic or somewhere else and get more views/phone calls on it :).. I would do it, but I don't want to be the one "spreading" it around.. Later.
