I have Alpine Type R's in my pro, and am also using an alpine headunit with the V-Drive feature that you will be getting. I love the combination, couldn't be happier with the overall sound.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I bought some TR570s and now I'm looking at getting the JL TR600 or TR650s for the rear. Will both fit fine? I was looking at the stickies and 1st, you said that I would have to modify something if I went 6.5, is it difficult?

I also seem to recollect that some people think changing out the rears is pointless (for my applicatin anyways). What do ya all think?

if you get the 6.5's you have to cut the rain guard.. nothing big. but I would not worry about the rears. they are just for fill. if the sound comes from teh back it dont soudn good. I turned my rears off. and unistalled them.
