Updated list of Mods, I removed anything that isn't a Mod (like body work/ transmissions) and took planned mods off the list. These are things I have painted or installed

I have a POS personal phone and a really nice work phone. I apologize when I have to take pics with my personal phone...
Anywho...I got the chrome blackout kit and went home to test it out. I first practiced on a mazda emblem, then the headlight housings I bought from Circuit since they were spares, then finally my projector shrouds. The shrouds came out great, the headlight housings are a bit dark for my taste.

because gloss and flat are opposites. This set came out too dark. The next set should be about half as dark and will look more like gunmetal.
Should look more like this, and less like Gloss black
I say flat black since that is what most use in the headlights... okay, so why not gloss black
Yeah, I later realized what you meant, sorry. I wanted something different and I want an accent color that isn't black. I don't think black and dark blue go well together so I decided to use gunmetal as my accent color on the exterior. Unfortunately, my first set of headlight housings came out looking gloss black. When I paint the next set, they should be half as dark and look more like the wheels pictured above.
