jdm spray tint

I am assuming this is just plain old spray tint and theres nothing special because its "jdm". If my assumption is true it will look good depending on the color of your car. If you want a less permanent solution that can be reversed if you ever wanted to you could buy film from bluebatmobile.net. He is awesome.

Well if you are sure it will look good then just follow the directions on the bottle of spray.

Id really recommend getting a vinyl film to put over them so you can take them off if need be. What if a cop tickets you and you have to take it to a ref to get it checked off that you "untinted them". Youre gonna have to get another pair of headlights.

If you do the tint spray (Nite Shades?) apply in lots of light coats vs one or two heavy coats and use a clear coat when you are done otherwise the lights will look dull. Also think about your safety as well as the person behind you....will that person be able to see your brake lights in the daytime? If not, prepare to be bent over by the insurance co.

If for some reason (five-0) you had to remove the paint you can. It will require lots of wet sanding.

Shoobies I've sent you a PM already about your signature. Please resize it or I will have to give you an infraction.

I agree with the film instead of the spray for another reason. Say if you mess up with the spray there is not much you can do that is easy. The film offers an easy way to modify your tail lights either way.

actually you can wet sand off the paint with a 2000grit sand paper.
very lightly and it'll come off and be like normal.
but Vinyl ftw its alot easier. and less chance of it messing up.

Yea I'm a little late on that but your sig is still too large. Look at the size requirements in the edit sig window and you'll see. Half the size you have right now should be ok.
