you shoul've paid closer attention when yoy got it. but none the less, you have it already. its no biggy, no one will notice anyways, just make sure the back looks good! (drive2) (drive)

If it bothers you, see if the dealer will fix it under warranty. There's no reason you should have a brand new, crooked fascia / hood. It shouldn't be your responsibility to make sure everything is installed right on the car, that's what Mazda has quality control for.

If they won't cover it, I bet it would be pretty easy to fix. It's probably just a mounting screw or bolt that didn't thread up right, a wire that's pinched where it shouldn't be, or a retaining tab that didn't get clicked into place... a little bit of investigation, a screwdriver/ratchet and maybe a zip tie, depending on the problem, would probably fix it.

actually mine is likethat. the gap from the light to the hood is bigger on one side then the other. i notice this last week, mine is aonly a week old

I'M NOT CRAZY I TELL YOU!!! MWA HA HA HA HA!?!!?

eh well... i doesn't bother me that much.. plus I'd rather not risk having it taken apart by some people and put back in worse condition than it was..(nervous)

The edges of my front bumper keep popping out slightly... like 1/2 inch or so... where the part of the bumper corner touches both the side of the headlight and the front fender. I have to constantly push it back in.

I am thinking of seeing what the dealer can do about this. And am kinda surprised to see this on what I consider one of the nicer of the compact japanese cars.

i just had that issue.

there is a little white plastic piece right inside the fender where the fender meets the bumper. you need to realign the fender and that little white plastic piece and you should be good to go !!! (cabpatch)

More info please!! This issue is driving me nuts.

Do I do this from the front of the car, from underneath, or what? How did you get to and move the white plastic piece? Or do you move the bumper??

This issue annoys the s**t outta me...

yeah, my bumper is still off a little on the driver side where the bumper meets the fender and headlight from when i installed the intake. i'm gonna try and realign it soon... hopefully that'll do the trick.
