I've gained 4 lbs since highschool...

How do you guys gain weight. I seriously try to, but I can never keep it on. I work out and I get stronger, but I don't add much muscle mass. I've lost about 15 lbs since I came to college. Maybe I eat less than I did at home, but it couldn't be that much less.

hmmm over 10 years since high school -
gained 10 lbs / year in college - 5 years
15 lbs during 1st year at work - $$$$ = more food = gut
5 lbs since then.
all adds up to gaining 70 lbs since high school

all you can eat bbq owned me during college.

Eat small meals through the day and exercise intensely. Lotsa daily sex will do but if you ain't gettin any, go for a jog and do wind sprints in intervals.

i gained about 15 lbs since senior year in high school. i started out that year weighing 125, now i'm 140-142 lbs at 5'10"....btw, i graduated h.s. in '98. high metabolizm rocks! that and running marathons.

oh yeah, atkins diet sucks....i'm on the extremely high carbo diet....pastas, breads, chips, cereal, donuts...if u put food in front of me, consider it eaten. gotta see metabolism like a fire, feed the fire to keep it burning nice and hot.

My gf makes me fat. All she want to do is go out and eat. She's always around so I can't go to the gym. Since I've been with her I've put on about 40lbs.... I went from 160 -200.....

I've gained 20lbs since I graduated high school back in 2001. I'm now a senior at UH....but I gained all that weight in the past 6 months or so...I guess this happens when you start to party/DRINK alot. I'm still a thin guy though.
