Both parties...give me an explanation of what happened. Include as many details as you can. Don't just quote PM's, write out what happened, when it happened, and what happened in return.

PM me with your side of the story, and I will foward them over to the staff forum where it will be discussed.

In the meantime, the seller needs to either refund the money or ship the product within 48 hours of today. If this is not done, disciplinary action (which may include a 'bad' custom title) will be taken.

And today I went to the post ofice and they checked to see if he cashed it and he did...Why the hell would he cash it, if he could complete the transaction?

yeah, smells rotten to me. Did you report it as fraud? That is most likely the best way to ensure you get your money back, rather than waiting for him to get paid. The forum can at most band the seller for fraud. But you gotta report it to the people who handled the money order, and let them take it from there.

s*** does happen but the fact you had to make this thread to get a response from him a month after payment is not a good sign. sounds to me there are no parts (although he did follow the rules when he posted the for sale thread) and your money was spent.

Sounds like to me some body needed money for his vacation! You wanted 110 for the parts and then your gona refund the money and through in the valve cover AND CHARGE HIS SHIPPING!! Thats ****** up. He needs his money back all of it. And if you use pay pal make sure you put in the 110 plus the amount that pay pal charges so he gets it all.

i have been going through a lot of personal issues in the past 2 weeks and havent had time to take care of business here. i still have rear seat covers i have to ship to another member that i havent done yet. they're in the box waiting and i have contacted him about that. also i work in the construction industry and when customers dont pay...i dont get paid. and i cant pay javo back with air. he will get his money...i am not a scammer. i treat others the way i want to be treated...fair and honest. i dont bulls*** when it comes to peoples money. and not for nuthin but 110 dollars barely buys u a pair of good nikes now-a-days. the money means nothin to me. its just with funerals costing so much and my lil sis going to college...i have my priorities. i mean no harm to osvaldo and no disrespect in neway. and i wanna apologize to him and everyone on here. he will get his cash as soon as i get paid....i dont need nemore hassles than i already have.
