Specs of struts and springs: AutoExe progressive springs: 30mm drop, spring rates: F: 2.4-2.9kgf/mm, R: 1.7-2.3kgf/mm. Autoexe Sport Damper for BJ chassis Mazda vehicles (3rd gen Proteges). Dampening rates: Front bound: 0.424kN (43kgf) @0.3m/s Front rebound: 1.332kN (136kgf) @0.3m/s Rear bound: 0.272kN (28kgf) @0.3m/s Rear rebound: R: 1.052kN (107kgf) @0.3m/s And one great thing for Protege i found. This is full silicone coolant hoses kit.
