are you getting apex to make a downpipe with high flow cat as well? if you get the midpipe done, i might get the downpipe done. depends on how much it all will cost. are you keeping a cat in the midpipe at all?
i cant make custom exhausts, i just sell the cans. i am going to get the axle back in the next month or so and will have a custom mid pipe made somewhere around here.

Justin, I found a guy here in Richmond that can weld together mandrel peices for a pretty good price. He specializes in RX-7's so he should know what he's doing.
As for anyone that can actually DO the mandrel bending, I think we're pretty much screwed in this state.
