is my turbo stock?

i went to mazda and they told me my turbo isn't stock so they wont cover it so can some one give me some numbers to look for or somthing so i can figure this out thanks

ahh... ok... i thought you didn't know your car came with a non-stock turbo.

well, what kind of turbo is it? is it leaking? you gotta give some more info for us to help.

well i was just wondering for mantince and i spike to 10psi and can hold 8psi the closer to redline i get so by wut ive read thats not normal and i swear i read gt24 on it but theres no such turbo is there?

could be the t25 thats what is on the mazdaspeeds

PLEASE take pics, is the turbo close to the radiator or is there still alot of clearance

are you stock? have you modified it at ALL?

it has a 3in down pipe and full 3in after that with a cai.there is a lot of clearnce still also

The dealer was probably telling you that the car has been modified and is not stock, therefore they will not cover any of the problems you may be experiencing. More than likely they would tell you this wether or not the turbo is stock. You say that you have a full 3" turbo-back and CAI. Those mods would cause them to try not to cover any turbo related problems under warranty. Take some pics, I'm sure one of us could tell you if the turbo is stock.

the turbo says garret a/r.80 m24 and i noticed a little oil sepping out around the upper intercooler house between the turbo and the hose is that bad?
