Is my motor mount broke *pics*

Was in a front end collision 3 months back, so I was a little concerned that it may have taken damage. When I put my CS inserts in i found this.

See that little divot? is that a huge of rubber missing or is the normal?
You can see a slight crack in the rubber, and i was to open it with my fingers, like the rubber in damaged. Should I be worried? If it is broken the insurance would cover it.

After three months, I suspect you'll have a hard time convincing the insurance company it's crash related. Just find a forum member willing to part with their OEM mount and call it done.

Mike, i crashed 3 months ago. Got the car back 3 weeks ago. If I take it back to the body shop they'll get it replaced.

Between warranty and insurance you should be able to get it replaced through one of those routes.
Some of the damage is easily hidden like in the case of your mount and can be found months afterwards. There is no way they can find it all at the same time. You just have to report it to your insurance to get it fixed under the same claim.

Yeow! Nine weeks to fix crash damage. Ouch! Anyway, in less than the time it'll take to go to the body shop and wait for them to get a replacement, you can just DIY. Forty bucks or so and thirty minutes time.
