Iridium Spark Plug does gain power?

I have seen results of gain of power in the honda fit after changing the Spark plugs to DENSO iridium spark plugs, is this true?
someone here using this can share us his opinion? Sorry if there was a topic, i didnt find to much about this.

AFAIK the 2/Demio comes from the factory with NGK iridium plugs.

Not that it would make a significant difference, but I'm pretty sure copper plugs make more power though they have to be swapped out more often.

What about silver plugs?

I use Nology Silver in my turbo 323F not had a problem, nor did I have a problem or notice a difference with the iridium's that were in it before! haha
down to personal preference I think
