ipod connection possible?

I recently read that most cars made after 2002 can have an ipod hooked up through a cable located near the glove box. Has anyone tried that with their p5, or must you get a new head unit? Thanks for your advice.

yes its possible, there is this thing that u can hook up to the stock headunit to turn it into the Aux plug for all mp3.
but i think its pretty exp. but i would prefer to just get an aftermarket headunit, since its got mp3/wma/aac/etc... and a aux plug as well as better sound for ur subs if u got one.
