IPod adapter in 06 5 Sport

I have a 2006 Mazda 5, without sirius, no DVD or nav, no aux button.

how do i install this? Just ordered it last night (coffee)

So I downloaded the service manual, but that didn't really help...
Can I just yank the center panel off, and the radio module behind comes with it?

There is a PDF detailing how to take the dash apart and install the unit. If you ordered from Mazdaparts.org, you will get this in paper form. Both my bumper step and mud guards came from them with full instructions (no I am not a paid endorsee! Just a happy customer)
