iphone dynolicious.

Supposedly within 0.08 secs of G-tech pro and magazine testing equipment...

I bought it as soon as I found out about it have yet to test it fully...still only got 750 miles on the MS3...

Maybe I will do a test and full review...

damn i want that phone now...saw someone driking a beer from the phone the other day (special program)

and i heard that there is a way to get it to go under a different provider like verizon or something

you can unlock the phone by downloading a specific "song" and playing it on the phone. soft unlock as they call it. you used to have to pull the phone apart and rig it internally. there are some features that don't work if you opt out of using AT&T. they also announced yesterday that Best Buy would be selling the phone as well as Apple and AT&T.

dynolicious also works on the iPod touch

it can be unlocked to use on other GSM network carriers, not CDMA such as sprint, quest, verizon etc.

Dynolicious is pretty damn accurate... matched my qt mile times at the track!

matched it exactly? or within a couple of tenths?

The accelerometer they put in there is pretty damn amazing...good thinking on Steve Jobs part...they knew when they opened it up to developers it would herald some interesting concepts.

Oh yeah...thats why Steve Jobs is rich...and I'm not...

there's a test of a mini cooper that tested it on the track and it was more accurate than the gtech and was just about right on with the actual quarter mile times.

:)

i want an ipod touch.

My laptop crapped out on me on vacation here in hawaii. (well, if you can call spending 3 months of summer on oahu 'vacation', because its far exceeded my usual use of the word.

That said, i dipped my foot into the apple world and bought a new macbook. (had to have a place to store all those photos i reasoned). I almost bought the macbook at best buy, but due to bad customer service, i found an applestore instead. Good thing too: got a student/educator discount (not available at bestbuy), and they were running a rebate of a free ipod touch when you purchase a computer. You had to pay for the touch ($299) which they then mailed a rebate (i've received it and cashed it already). It was the 8gig model. I had the option of buying the step up and still get the $299 rebate. (wish i had)

Overall very impressed with both the cpu and the touch. (had to upgrade the touch for 10 bucks more for the new iphone software allowing me to access to those nifty apps!

Thanks for bringing up this specific app again. I saw the original thread but later forgot about it.

Think i'll try it out and gaze in awe of my 97 whp P5 when I return home in 11 days.

Cheers,

Jason

Motor scooter probably moves around too much and is effected by bumps enough to effect the accelerometer. Its very very sensitive obviosuly.

It needs to be held down pretty securely to get completely accurate readings...
