finally got it installed...here is the pic. it took me about 5hrs to fab all pipes. i still havent gotten bumper on. i did some preliminary cutting on it before i put on pipes. it looks like i will have to cut part of the fog light housing. i did a few runs. i am only at 4psi and it feels awesome with it. Intercoolers rock!!!(rockon)(rockon)

yeah i am just waiting to get some money to get a act street clutch. the one i have slips like a mother at 7psi. the bov also got alot louder. i am also running 10:1 ratio, but imma change to 12:1 when i get better clutch and imma run 7psi.
 
another good thing is i get to keep bumper reinforcement. i will get some after i get bumper installed. omg its freaking awesome.
 
What kind of cooler is it? Looks good man, I have my pipes routed like that but I did not have to cut any of my fog light housing though. Here's a pic of mine.

its a blackstone core, which i beleive they make ic for saab. yeah i was eyeballing it after i got back from mcds and it looks like i might not have to cut em out. if i do i will not miss em. i have never used them.
 
drop. i cant do a drop the pipes scrape the street when i try to leave my house. i have to take it at an angle. its gay. seems like you are permanently unemployed...(bike)
 
where can one pick up an intercooler with out the pipes? planning on doinG some custom fabbing myself on my MSM.
