i was trying to replace the pipe from the intercooler to the turbo and i took the hose clamps off but the pipe doesnt want to come off seems like something is still holding it in. does anyone know whats holding it in and how to take it off?

Little trick I used to get mine off easily: take a hair drier and heat the pipes ends (be sure to heat all around as much as possible. They should comme of easily then.

or do like i did. go drive the car for like 15 min. then get a oven mit and grab it. i started with the turbo end 1st

Yeah, I tried this but like an idiot I forgot to put gloves on and I burned the back of my hand on the radiator while pulling a hose off...

Both techniques work, just be careful and wear gloves.

Tell me about it. I broke my freakin radiator while pulling like an idiot the first time I took the pipes out. Costy and dumb mistake I must say. (deadhorse

ditto...after i poked the hole in the radiator and saw that little green colored liquid just squirting out ever so slowly onto the asphalt, I probably couldve murdered if someone was standing near me due to the excessive anger...but fixed now! (first)

yup like its been said.. he up those bad plastic pipes so they expand and there much easier to take off.. then get some hardpipes or a nice fmic kit and get rid of the stockers

Amen, I'm looking for hardpipes myself but it's starting to be hard to find some. DSMConvert stopped making his, TurboHoses stopped making them too... I hope CustomMSP will be able to make some.
