Hi, I've got a stock 2006 MS6 that recently came up with a P2006 code. Dealer says it's because a piece of plastic on the intake manifold is broken so the IMRC isn't connected right. Unfortunately, this means the entire intake manifold will have to be replaced. They quoted me $1800 to replace it! The part number they told me is L3BT-13-100, which is $1400 from them. I found it online for $1200. Labor of course is a separate issue. I'm really not thrilled about replacing it since it works and this is a pretty high price to say the least. Have other folks had this problem? Does anyone have any advice on it?
I am talking to other shops, but they aren't as knowledgeable about this model as you'd hope of course. I am trying to find a used one, but that's not easy either. One thing I did find was this:

The price is a lot better and the idea of getting improved performance out of the deal sounds good. Heck, if that works out, I'll consider some exhaust upgrades as well. Visually this looks like the right part to me, but I thought I'd get some expert advice. Opinions?
Thanks!
