Installing LED lights in 2010 Mazda 3

Hey guys... I found a blue LED kit online for the map and dome lights, and also plan on getting the license plate lights.. does anyone know how to double check what lights are compatable with the car? I just want to make sure they're the correct bulbs.
Also, I was thinking about installing strips in the footwells (like the s sport/gts have) - does anybody know anything about power sources in the footwell areas? the listing for the kit says all you need is a power source, whether it's a light fixture in the door (although we don't have door lights) or a 12v adapter or something that exists for the sole purpose of after factory installations ... i'm thinking there must be a power source since you can order the footwell lamps from mazda and have them installed... any of you guys mod your lights yet? i added a pic of the footwell lamps i'm looking at to give a visual.

Trust me, the cops do not appreciate the project like a car show does. I have blue lights all over the interior, all turn signals and plate lights. I've been told several times to take them off.

plate lights are going to be xenon white. interior dome and map lights on standard settings (fade on with unlock, fade off with key in) - the plan was to maintain the footwell only when the dome and maps were on as well. we'll see what happens i think i got it figured out for now, at least the dome map and plate lights will be easy

i haven't even taken the temp plates off yet, cars gunna be around for a while.. my last one i had for 7 years! plus mazda sells a footwell lamp the same as what i'm talking about so it's a pretty standard accessory, nothing outrageous or illegal

on the 2010 SGT that i have its not an LED strip its one bright LED in the foot well and as far as interior lighting i just ordered some 3022 blue and red LEDs from v-led ill tell you how that goes

The MS3's (maybe all 2010's?) have one in the ceiling that illuminates the center console, one in the door that illuminates the power window switches, and another brighter one in the footwell. All blue

I believe this is on all the S models. The i's would be the only ones that don't have it.
